About Me
I am Laura Hogan and I am the founder and owner of The Shattered Ceiling, a company empowering women to shatter the glass ceiling by providing affordable workwear rentals.
I work in the male dominated defense industry, requiring suits that convey confidence for interviews, presentations, and meetings. Given that the day to day work attire was business casual, I was reluctant to invest in suits that I only needed on certain occasions. I knew I couldn’t be the only woman struggling with this. Thus, the idea and passion behind The Shattered Ceiling was born.
